Following on from its success in London, Hong Kong and Istanbul, ZUMA launched in Dubai in September 2008 at Dubai International Financial Centre.

ZUMA, the brainchild of German chef Rainer Becker, offers a sophisticated cuisine philosophy inspired by the informal Japanese dining style called Izakaya. Located in Building 06 at the Podium Level of The Gate Village and offering lunch, dinner, and after-work drinks, ZUMA specialises in modern Japanese cuisine.

Zuma’s Friday brunch has become an institution in Dubai, offering all the favourites, with buffet dining at the robata, sushi and dessert counters. The generous selection is complemented by your choice of a main meal from the brunch menu, including ZUMA classics like Barley Miso Baby Chicken and Spicy Fried Tofu, Avocado and Japanese Herbs, prepared fresh and served to the table.

The Zuma brunch comes in three options, priced at AED 315, including non-alcoholic beverages, cleansers and boosters; or priced at AED 425 including sparkling wine, sake tasters, and an upmarket sommelier’s selection of wines; or the champagne brunch priced at AED 550.

Now in its third successful year of operation, Zuma Dubai continues to deliver fine dining and excellent service in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.
