About this brunch
Netsu cooks over warayaki, a straw fire lit at the counter, so the kitchen is part of the room rather than behind it. The brunch runs through tuna tataki, Korean fried chicken and Australian wagyu ribeye, finishing on a dessert platter. Three hours from half twelve. Five packages, which is more than anywhere else on this site, and they stretch further too: the top tier at AED 2,500 is a Dom Pérignon package rather than a food upgrade, so it is the drinks doing the work at that price.
