Three and a half hours from half twelve, built around COYA's Peruvian menu with the room running at full volume. Unusually, the prices quoted include the 10 percent service charge, 5 percent VAT and 7 percent municipality fee, so what you see is what the bill comes to — most Dubai venues add those on top.
