An evening brunch in Dubai is the same format as the afternoon one, moved after dark: a set price, a drinks package, and food that keeps coming for three or four hours. Sittings mostly start between 6pm and 8.30pm. The food is usually identical to the daytime service at the same venue, and the price is often lower.

What changes is the room. Evening sittings lean louder and later, with live music or a DJ far more often than at lunch, and they skew adult: several are over-21 where the afternoon welcomes children. If you want the spread without the queue for the dessert counter, this is usually the better half of the day.

Dubai moved its weekend from Friday and Saturday to Saturday and Sunday at the start of 2022, and the brunch calendar moved with it. Thursday night used to be the big one. Most of that crowd is now out on Friday, though plenty of people still search for Thursday out of habit, and a few venues still run it.
