Sexy Fish runs its Saturday brunch as a piece of theatre: a sharing menu of sushi, sashimi and robata mains served while the room builds towards the Candy Room opening. The format is closer to a dinner service with a show than a buffet, and the two packages keep it simpler than most at this price. Worth noting the last booking is taken at 1.30pm, so a late arrival costs you most of the experience.
