About this brunch
Five hours is an hour longer than anything else on the site, and two hours longer than most. Unlimited beers, wines, spirits and cocktails with pub food, in a room at the Hilton rather than a hotel dining room. UAE residents get 20 percent off every package, which brings the house tier to around AED 343 and makes it one of the better value long sittings on the Palm.
