About this brunch
Aprons & Hammers builds its whole format around eating with your hands, and the Saturday brunch follows: firecracker prawns, pepper clams, paella and Old Bay blue crab buckets, served on the pergola and pool deck. Four hours from noon. At AED 199 it is among the cheapest brunches on the Palm, but the price covers food with happy hour drinks rather than an unlimited package, so the final bill depends on what you drink. Oysters are AED 18 each on top.
