About this brunch
A Sunday sitting on Palm West Beach, four hours from one, in a room that borrows its look from Tulum rather than from the resort strip. The food is a chef's signature set menu rather than a buffet. Drinks are counted rather than free-flowing: the alcohol packages include two mocktails and five signature cocktails alongside house wine, beer and spirits, which is worth knowing if you were expecting unlimited pours. Sunday brunches are thin on the ground across Dubai, and beachfront ones more so.
