About this brunch
SHI does upscale Chinese on Bluewaters, closer in register to Hong Kong or Shanghai than to the Cantonese most Dubai brunches offer. It runs Saturday and Sunday at the same times, and the four-hour window comes with a three-hour drinks package from arrival, so a later booking is not penalised. Three packages from AED 325, with the soft tier being the non-alcoholic one rather than a cheaper way to drink.
