About this brunch
Three and a half hours from noon, built around a proper Latin American menu rather than a buffet: chirashi maki, langoustine meloso, picanha, corvina romesco. A resident DJ plays alongside a live percussionist and trumpeter, which is a step beyond the DJ-only format most DIFC brunches run. An after party follows in the lounge from half four until half six.
